Refund & CAncellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product’s sales page, we don't issue refunds for direct digital downloads:
- for digital courses— No refunds
- for online programs — Within 24 hours of purchase, if the portal has not been accessed.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading any products.
CONSULTING + WORKSHOPS
- For in-person speaking events, consulting, and/and workshops - 50% refund for cancellations within 15 days or more, prior to the confirmed event date. No refunds or credits will be issued within 14 days or less, prior to the confirmed event date. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of request.
- For virtual consulting - 50% credit for cancellations within 10 days of confirmed consulting date. Credit can be used towards one (1) future consultation, if scheduled within 30 days of original consultation date. If a second cancellation occurs, where credit was used due to a previous cancellation, no additional refund or credit will be issued. Credits will be processed within 5 business days of request.
